Stop OHSWA from taking Ava
Hi everyone. I know it's been a long time since i've done anything here, it's just very tough with my hectic schedule,
and everytime I have a chnce I get so disgusted with the whole situation. I don't even live in Ava, heck, I don't even live
in New York and it sickens me everytime i think about the take over of Ava by a bunch of trash men, I can't imagine what you
all must be feeling. I was thinking about this the other day, about how this is such a perfect example of how the government
is slowly start to take over control of our lives, it's not of, by and for the people anymore, it's shove, lie and screw the
people. So thank you OHSWA for taking our great country from democracy to a tyrannical dictatorship, give yourself
a round of applause.

I recently e-mailed Gov. Pataki about the Ava landfill:
08/21/04 Robert F Kennedy Jr. says George W. Bush will go down in history as America's
worst environmental president. In a ferocious three-year attack, the Bush administration has initiated more than 200 major
rollbacks of America's environmental laws weakening the protection of our country's air, water, public lands and wildlife.
Cloaked in meticulously crafted language designed to deceive the public, the administration intends to eliminate the nation's
most important environmental laws by the end of the year.
08/17/04 I am glad that my website is finally getting out there for people to see, and i know that a few people have
looked at it and e-mailed me about it, thank you for that, please spread the word and tell people to come visit the website
and sign the petition. I will continue to do what I can to help and contact more people about it. please contact me if you
have any questions. I have also built a message board for everyone to visit and give there thoughts, ideas and whatever. thank

I have made this website for the people who live in Ava who want to try to stop this Landfill from coming in to thier
town. I want to do what I can to try to help stop it. I am not promising anything except to try my best and do what I can
to help. Hopefully you will find this website helpful in some way, and I will keep you updated on the things I am working
on to help with the landfill.
On this home page, I will give you some information I am collecting about landfills, like hazards, and even maybe some
positives, just so i'm not being one sided. and any news I can get regarding the landfill.
