Dear Michael V. Wolak and the rest of the OHSWA team,

For the past few months I have been working on helping the people of Ava try to take back their town from being taken over by a dump, and the more I learn about what is going on, the more sick it makes me feel. First off, How many of the people that are working on this project actually live in the town of Ava? I doubt that there are any (if there is, let me know). So what gives you the right to come take these peoples town from them? The people of Ava have fought their hearts out trying to save the place that they have to live in and people like you have to come in and ruin it for everyone. How would you feel if the people of Ava decided to come to your house and dump all their trash in your backyard? You would have a problem with it i'm sure, but what if that didn't stop them, your concerns didn't bother them or change their minds any, they just went ahead and dumped their trash there anyway, that would make you even more upset, wouldn't it? put yourself in their shoes, this is the dissrespect they have been getting for the past 10 years. Speaking of dissrespect, you choose to put all the trash, a couple hundred feet from a memorial built for the veterans, bet that makes them feel good. These men defended your very freedoms, put their lives on the line, FOR YOU, so you could live in a free country, and this is the thanks they get,a trash dump beside their memorial. Ground Zero looks like a great place for a dump, why not put it their? would it not be the same as putting it where you want to put it? Here is a question for you, If you were given the chance to put a landfill right next to the memorial for the victims of september 11th, would you do it? or what about memorials to the people who have been lost in Iraq, would you put a dump there? So what makes the  memorial in Ava any less important than the others? nothing in my eyes. I think you all know what the right thing to do is, now the question is will you do it? There are many other places in this world where you could put a landfill. Please do the right thing and stop this landfill. It's not only the people of Ava that are against you, and not only the surrounding areas that are against you, but I am making sure that the whole world knows about it, and believe me, there are people here in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Missouri, and others that are now against you, and we will not stop fighting, so please, do the right thing, stop this landfill, show some respect, and I'm sure the people will show you respect as well.
